New administrative specialist joins Greenlee school staff

Courtney Witte assumed her duties as the Greenlee School’s new administrative specialist on May 1.

Witte is no stranger to Iowa State University. In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Iowa State, she joins the school from the Department of Physics and previously worked at the College of Veterinary Medicine.

“Courtney Witte joins the Greenlee School with over eight years of experience as an Administrative Specialist at Iowa State. She brings an impressive trifecta of expertise in accounting, human resources and grant coordination. We are all excited to welcome Courtney into our Greenlee family,” said Michael Dahlstrom, associate professor, associate director of the Greenlee School and a member of the search committee.

Witte’s responsibilities will include financials/budgets, human resources, payroll, scholarships, grants and building supervision. Her office is located in 101 Hamilton Hall.

“From what I’ve seen, there are great people to work with here, and change is always good,” Witte said. “It’s an exciting new time at Greenlee!
