BioGrace Provenzano worked as a news reporter, anchor and producer in several TV markets in the U.S. and helped launch the English Division of the international network Deutsche Welle (DW-TV). She was an original member of the DW-TV anchor team in Berlin while reporting major stories throughout Europe, including the fall of the Berlin Wall. Prof. Provenzano has been teaching broadcast journalism for 15 years, has published a video on social media and news reporting and is co-authoring a textbook, “Writing and Reporting News for the 21st Century”. She worked as a reporter for KCCI-TV covering the Iowa Caucuses and prominent issues of the 2016 presidential campaign. Prior to a news career, she worked as a legislative assistant on Capitol Hill in Washington for a U.S. Representative from Michigan and researched pending legislation for a national labor union.
