Gibson Reports New Meredith Apprentice Positions, to Receive Faculty Inspiration Award

Meredith Professional in Residence Deb Gibson reports the following:

• It is with celebration and excitement that Gibson announces the addition of two new positions for the Meredith Apprentice Program, beginning fall 2016. These two apprenticeships will focus on digital and social media for Meredith titles, and will bring the total of ISU apprentices up to 10. The deadline for applying for the 2016-17 program is Friday, March 11.
• Gibson also is proud to announce that senior Lissa Villa has been selected for the very prestigious (and exceptionally competitive) Time Inc. magazine internship program for summer ’16. Villa has been placed with Time magazine in New York for the internship.
• And Gibson is grateful to the seven former Meredith apprentices who nominated her for the ISU Alumni Association’s Faculty-Staff Inspiration Award, which she will receive in May.
