Assistant Professor Su Jung Kim reports that her third-authored manuscript, "Evidence that user generated content that produces engagement increases purchase behaviors," has been accepted for publication in Journal of Marketing Management. The manuscript is co-authored with Edward Malthouse (Northwestern U), Bobby Calder (Northwestern University), and Mark Vandenbosch (University of Western Ontario).
In teaching, she had her class observation report from CELT and has used the feedback to improve her instruction. In service, she helped Ad Club’s fund raising event for its spring trip (thanks to Assistant Professor Jan Boyles for her visit to the event). Su Jung has also reviewed a manuscript for Asian Pacific Management Review.
