Madison Shannahan, a summer 2023 Greenlee advertising graduate, turned her internship into her first job as an assistant social media manager at Fareway.
The Greenlee School of Journalism and Communication at Iowa State University has named Alan and Steve Mores the recipients of its 2023 James W. Schwartz Award. The annual award recognizes distinguished service to journalism and communication and is the highest honor conferred by the school.
Colleen Bradford Krantz is the recipient of the 2023 Greenlee Professional Achievement Award, and the recipient of the 2023 Greenlee Young Alumni Award is Natalie Mahoney.
First Amendment Days is a weeklong celebration of our First Amendment freedoms – religion, speech, press, assembly, petition. This year the celebration will be April 10-14. A diverse assortment of speakers, events and activities are offered on campus every spring as a creative way to engage students and the entire Iowa State community to better understand the power of free expression.
