A leading constitutional law scholar who helped draft the 1982 Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms will discuss the current state of democracy in a public lecture at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, at the Alliant Energy-Lee Liu Auditorium in Howe Hall. This event is part of First Amendment Days.
Courtney Carstens, senior in journalism, will join undergraduate students from all three Regents universities to showcase their research at the 13th annual Research in the Capitol between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, in the rotunda of the state capitol building in Des Moines.
